Fixing a warn out 3D archery target with a $2 can of foam

I’ve tried that. It will last for about a day. The great stuff foam isn’t very tough. Breaks up quickly, no self healing properties.

Good point. I have yet to shoot it. I suppose one option would be to just keep filling it with more foam

A good alternative would a 2-part foam like that stuff they use to replace concrete for fence posts. It is durable as heck. Not many guys use it, but I did find one video of it for an archery application. You could even do multiple packages for a larger target.
