I'm sure it's been talked about a bunch of times...saddle back strap.

I took a shoulder strap from a duffel bag which was never used, made 2 prusiks and wow, feels good having back support.

If you're on the fence, try it. I could sleep in this thing, and also doubles as a sling on one shoulder to hold saddle up on the walk in.

yep. I could never spend the money on one of those but I made one and use it half the time. I connected the ends of mine with a continuous loop and then that goes into the carabiner that's affixed to my bridge/tether. The strap had it's own length adjustments so I only had to connect the ends.
 
I bought one when I purchased my Cruzr. Didn't use it the first hunt. Used it second hunt and you're right - game changer!
