Hello

I am new to saddle hunting bought a Web back in May. I was wonder what kind of gloves you all wear when climbing the tree? Same ones you hunt in or something different a little tougher.

Thanks

Tim

I wear the same ones off I wear gloves. Usually I don't wear them at all when climbing. In the tree, I use the fanatic gloves. I love how they work with my thumb release and on my bow hand it seems to reduce torque.

Same ones I hunt with. I wear a thin lightweight glove. When it gets too cold i start to use a hand muff to keep my digits warm.

I use scentlok lightweight gloves.

Scentlok gloves...Butch says to take 2 pair with you...one to climb with and one to hunt with....Back when I was using the original guido tether bridge set up I had some of the mechanic gloves that I climbed in.

I should add I use a different pair of work gloves for prepping trees... do not use your hunting gloves they will get thrashed.

I tried that for a few hunts... too much effort to switch. But i will take an extra pair if it's wet out and will change them if the first pair gets too wet.

I wear scentlok gloves so there is less human scent left at base of tree. They seem hold up just fine.
