The SH Membership has gone live. Only SH Members have access to post in the classifieds. All members can view the classifieds. Starting in 2020 only SH Members will be admitted to the annual hunting contest. Current members will need to follow these steps to upgrade: 1. Click on your username 2. Click on Account upgrades 3. I asked myself this question a few months ago, and for my purposes decided to go with an 8 because I was able to get the video quality and stabilization I needed while finding a used one and accessories at a much lower cost.
Yes, but iirc the 8s horizon lock can be done within the app, so while the 9 and 10 do it on its own you just have to do it in the edit.
But this was not a major consideration in the type of footage I shoot, also if it is, check out a single axis stabilizer like noir matter quark.
