There are three carabiners. Two are the same size and color and hook into the top of the two sets of loops on the web (saving the bottom set for a linesman's belt).

The other is attached to a long loop. It is the one that goes around the tree.

How am I supposed to use that and make adjustments to the tether length???? When I take the whole thing around the tree and hook the carabiner into the loop, it doesn't seem right. I tighten the tether around the tree but only one of the sides of the long strap adjusts. The other then just hangs there. I'm doing something wrong but I can't tell from the videos what it is.

The newer model has an adjustable tether. The carabiner just hooks to the strap not a loop.

I have the newer model.

Can someone take a picture of the two points that hook to the web and also what your tether looks like when around a tree?

The method I used was to roll it up and toss it in can. The rope system with bridge is far better for bowhunting.

I'm open to anything and I never expected the factory tether to be my final solution. I do think it is weird that it would work this way.
But I already appreciate the new bridge and get why they did that.

What is your set up? Rope and size, ascenders or prussics, etc. Pics and specifics are best for me if you have a minute to do that. If not, hey it's the Fall I get it!!!

Totally agree with Dave here lol. I never used the tether that came with mine once.

X2. Mine is still brand new sitting in a corner in case I ever decide to sell the web. I use a runner bridge and rope tether

This is over a year old. Thanks for the effort. I ditched that tether long ago for rope.
