Ah yes good call I think I’m just gonna go with a seat cushion from one of the stands I’ll no longer be using. Thank you for the inputwill they work - yes - 2 birds/1 stone right away. However, I would be more afraid of wearing a hole in the knees of my pants being squished between my padded large American knees and the tree...
I had the opposite experience. Couldnt see anything that indicated wear or discoloration. Assuming it prolly depends heavily on the trees climbed.I like the idea of the "built-in"knee pads, but I cannot tell you how many trees I climbed in last season that left all kinds of junk on the pads that I would not want on the pants.
Yeah I suppose all depends on climbing method and type of tree. And hunting style. I guess after I’ve looked into it more it would be easier to just bring a strap on pad. I’ve done a ton of paver stone landscaping and hate knee pads. The straps seem to always no matter what dig in. Others may have a different experience but I guess we all just have our own experiencesI had the opposite experience. Couldnt see anything that indicated wear or discoloration. Assuming it prolly depends heavily on the trees climbed.
