Has anyone used a power step as a platform?

I was perusing Amazon and saw the powerstep that attaches to your climbing stick. It looks like it could act as a small perch for both feet. Anyone try this?

You should be able to search " power step from hurricane safety system ", that should pull it up for people to view. Hope that helps.

You referring to the Power Step made by Hurricane? If so, just by looking at it, it attaches to one side of the stick, and in my eyes, doesn’t look big enough for both feet. May could do one on each side, but they would be at a slightly different level so may not be comfortable for long sits. If nothing else, give it a try and let us know!

And of course by the time my slow self typed all that, and everything refreshed, there’s already been a bunch of responses ha

I would use it for presets on a lease on 20’ climbing sticks. Mobile hunting not a chance.

Ya they are heavy at 4.5 #'s . But stacking them on each side looks like a very slight height difference. Or just a privet step with a platform ... Just curious.

I did try it. It worked OK but it packed terribly so I moved on in a different direction. For the record I'm currently a Predator user but I did get a chance to try a buddy's Ridge Runner and it's pretty awesome too.

This would work. Found it on Facebook awhile back.

Do these work well...and if so....where can you get them???? I'm old school....no FB haha
I'm not sure. Never used them. But they look pretty cool. I can get on the page and get their contact info if you'd like.
