I’m trying to decipher from the photo but have a few questions for ya. Looks like you cut the bottoms off? Did this mean taking off the steps and cleat then drilling new holes for them once shortened?

Yes

If u zoom in on the short stick u can see the holes from the middle steps that have been removed.

Drill new holes at bottom of shortened stick where u want stand off & steps.

Thanks. Time will tell if I get the courage to drill and hack at my new steps that haven’t come in the mail yet. I did order ropes and the versa though.

Don't know if anyone has weighed their modded Heliums yet.
I just got the last bit of rope and the aider material today.
Three stick total including rope and aider is 7.52 pounds.
My three full size LW sticks weigh 8.4 pounds.

What rope did u decide on?

I’m planning on ordering 3 sets of sticks today along with Versa buttons & but have to decide between amsteel, 7mm or 8mm for rope.

Don’t be afraid to cut them up.

What length did you cut ur sticks? Mine are 6lb 9 oz which is the exact same as 6.56! Crazy lol

How high can you get with three?

Most guys can set them near 6.5-7ft high each stick depending on ur reach. So about 20ft for 3sticks is pretty common.
