Hawk Run and Gun Helium Combo - 12lb hang on plus 4-pack of 20” helium sticks for $209 on MidwayUSA. I only wanted the sticks, but considering the sticks were $150 by themselves, I couldn’t pass up spending an extra $60 for a ~$170 MSRP stand. Check it out.

I just put it together and weighed it. The stand came weighed in right at 10.5lbs with my amsteel whoopie slings.
Are you actually getting it solid with the whoopie slings? I wasn't able to get it useable with 2 cam buckles, seems like it needs that ratchet strap on the top button.

I added 1/4” whoopie slings instead of the stock straps, but the full weight comes in a smidge under 8lbs.

The full weight of your (4) 20" hawk helium sticks is under 8 lbs? So, each stick with a woopie sling is under 2 lbs then?

I just watched a review on youtube of these sticks and he said his were over 2.2lbs per stick without any type of strap. Odd that they would be such a different weight.

Yes, the 4 sticks with whoopie slings were just under 8lbs according to my scale. I did use a 100lb spring scale for luggage to weight them, so there is a small amount of error. But, I the scale has been reliable for travel. It could be a little stiff under 20lbs, but I don’t think it would be off by more than a few ounces. That being said, I acknowledge that a precision digital scale would be the preferable way to accurately weigh.

I know that ounces add up, but I’m not an ounce-counter, myself. Honestly, this is my first set of sticks made for mobility and is so much better than what I’ve been using that no matter the weight they are a dramatic improvement for me, so I only weighed them for the purpose of replying to questions on this thread.

Did the person weigh them on camera or just report the weight? I know that some of the videos made at the 2020 Hawk ATA booth were wrong...for example, the guy speaking about the stand at the ATA claims it’s 7lbs or something like that when it’s supposed to be 12.

I weighed my new 20" hawk helium stick without a strap and it was 2lbs 3.25 ounces...

*I used this expensive ass baby scale we use to weigh our newborn, and I know it's 100% accurate.

I certainly trust that scale over mine, so 4 sticks with amsteel slings should be right at 9 lbs give or take.

Maybe you shouldn’t. Just weighed 4 sticks with 7’ of amsteel for each stick

I just weighed all of mine individually with no straps:

2lbs 3.25 ounces
2lbs 3.25 ounces
2lbs 3 ounces
2lbs 2.75 ounces

Total = 8lbs 12.25 ounces
