I live in NE OH and hunt a mix of public and private. I've always been a mobile hunter and have used a climber 90% of the time for 20 plus years. I just received my Kestrel recently but I'm still trying to figure out what my climbing method and platform will be.

Welcome from NW Ohio start with muddy pro sticks and a strap full of ameristeps if possible. Make a moveable aider and that’s all you really need . Of course you will see all the cool stuff that people are using and have to buy it all . That’s the cool thing with the saddle lots of great options to use all quite ,mobile and safe.
