New to bowhunting this season, I ve alway done a lot of waterfowl hunting in the fall so never pursued it that much. My teenage son has been really interested so we both got new compounds for Christmas & set up an indoor range in our basement. Hope to learn a lot from everyone here on the site & jump straight to a saddle.

Welcome from Texas. Start practicing with your bow now and you'll be better than most by the time the season rolls around. Check out the "School of Nock" from the Nock On Archery youtube channel, it's full of great beginner info.

If you want to try any saddles out, you're more than welcome to swing by here and try some out. I've got a Cruzr XC and an Areohunter Kestrel as well as an old Trophyline saddle.

I’m nearby as well, in Paw Paw. I’m always buying and selling saddles and usually have a few on hand.
