Hey yall,

I just got serious about hunting for the first time in my life. Middle age suddenly triggered me to get into the woods. That and a few toddlers in the household hah. I did a deep dive into saddle gear this last week. Just bought some beast sticks, and I'm thinking about getting a cruzr xc, not sure on the stand yet. Anyways hello!

No worries with starting saddle hunting when middle aged. I am 60 and started this year. I actually find it easier than my climber. I had to give that up at the end of last year an switched.

Welcome I'm in NW Wisconsin as well. There is a great bunch of guys here. Buy quality equipment and practice tings will come together.
