Help with caliber decision!

Most cartridges short of 7mm magnums are marginal for brown bear and moose. That’s especially true when you stretch range out 200yds are more. The 338 Win mag will handle all those animals with authority at distances beyond that 200 yd mark. The Tikka 338WM definitely fills the bill for a general purpose do all hunting rifle. Now it’s time for a worthy scope?

I actually have a new Nikon Prostaff 5 in 3.5-14x40 ready for it. I’m going to order a set of Talley Rings for it today
