How many one stickers also hunt from the one stick vs. carry a platform/ROS?

Ewo 1 stick with UP and 3 squirrel steps on a ocb for me. Best combo I have found. No weak side shots ,very easy to move on, and packs small.

One stick using a hawk helium 20” stick with an HSP platform on top, 3 step EWO ultimaiders, and rope mod. Chose this setup as it was more budget friendly and also available at the time lol. The HSP platform is not very comfortable for long hunts, but gets the job done. I’ve been very happy with this setup for one-sticking aside from the discomfort of long hunts. And a note about side pressure - I’m 300# and can apply all the side pressure I want to this without it budging. I was very surprised.

Bought a platform and it is luxury in comparison, but tend to use it on a tree I intend to leave it in and SRT back up. I thought about one-sticking with just a platform and seeing others post about it means I’ll have to give it a try!

So far this season my one stick platform has been the one I’ve stood on 90% of my hunts.

I one stick with a full size helium stick with HSP and Rope Mod. I also bought a few of the Primal V Steps - knock offs of the WildEdge Step - i bought the ropes from WE and cut the original straps off the Primals. I use one to step over to at the top of my stick while im "one sticking. That way I can get more reach out of my "one stick". Its game changing. If i need more room to stand on, I can off set on of the V Steps to have a bigger "platform" to set on. MAX i take V Steps in with me. Its amazing.

Angled monarch on my one stick, just started one sticking late this season. Used in conjunction with a predator XL cause I like the extra real estate; however, think I'm going to look into some steps to use with the one stick. It seats solidly enough that I can get to 80% of shots I'd take and figure with some adjacent steps I could easily replicate everything I get from the locked down platform and save the weight/packing hassle. Still (and always) fiddling with the set up!
