How many sticks do you use?

I have always used 4 lone wolf sticks for my hang on setup and plan to with my saddle also. I may add an aider to the first stick to get a bit more height since I tend to set it to high anyway.

I was about to ask why 20. But that answers it and some trees could dictate that height. I assume you are measuring from platform hieght. You may need 5. I'm 6ft and don't think I got to 20 with out an aider on 4 LW sticks. That being said. You'll have to experiment to find what works for you. At one time I would have carried 5 and told myself I liked it but that would have been lying to myself. I use 4 minis now and can't fathom going back to full lengths. But that's me. Another option is learning the one stick method and for the odd time 4 sticks don't get you high enough one stick it with your top stick. Or leave the other 3 behind all together.

The idea of two WE Steps is one I considered too. That way if your just shy you can use one for the extra height.
