How to clean my saddle

I've just been heavily spraying my neoprene saddle down. I'd really like to wash it somehow but I'm not sure what to do. In a bucket? How about drying it?

Once cleaned do I need to rewax anything on it?

Handwash it in a bucket or something similar. Air dry. The tree saddle instructions recommended using paraffin wax on the webbing to keep it "pliable and quiet".

How are you guys air drying yours when it's raining outside? I could hang out in my building but I'm worried that would negate washing it in the first place.

I hang it in my garage. Garage is mostly hunting and outdoor gear and tools.
