I love knives...I even ordered a survive knife in March of 2015. I am still waiting and will sell it the second I get it.
They’re wait is crazy. I have one. I think 4” blade. It’s an awesome knife but I might sell. I’ve actually never used it yet. I was always afraid to. Lol. I have a knives of Alaska bush camp that I’ve been using.l for camping and a little bush craft stuff. And I usually use a mora for hunting. My But I have a nice soyderco with the h2 steel that I might start carrying for hunting. My edc is usually a Kershaw skyline which I love but I absolutely loved and miss my spyderco delica. Been eyeing up the mini griptillian too.

No discussion of knives would be complete without mentioning the Havalon Piranta. Nice to be able to switch blades to a surgical sharp one at any time.
I just picked up A Havalon Piranta and man that thing is SHARP. I have a Mike Snody Designed k-bar with a nice plastic clip in holster I keep on a carabiner that I use for most things.

I carry a Case Canoe and for hunting I use a Mora Companion. That thing is an instrument of dissection. Only reason don’t use the canoe for skinning is I’ve had the blade fold up on me and bout lose a finger. I must prefer a solid knife for working game.

I'm surprised at the number of benchmade vs. spyderco fans here. I have a bunch of both. Usually I opt for the benchmade hidden canyon for a hunting knife and a spydie native 5 or para 2 for edc.

Nice part is that there's tons of great choices out there!

I've been carrying my Grandfather's Buck Knife that he carried since WWII, but i have been starting to feel bad about carrying an heirloom like that so i think i will have to make a change.

Outdoor Edge Flip ‘N Zip for me. It’s basically the same as the newer RazorPro but the blades aren’t replaceable. I really like the no-point zipping blade, it’s very sharp and makes short, clean work of cutting hide without nicking guts.

Morakniv FTW. I use a garberg and companion for processing. I use an ulu for skinning. IMO nothing can compare with how easy one is to use once you have some practice.
