Hunting lease discussion

For sure some states known for big bucks a land lease is gonna be crazy expensive and you probably are gonna have to fight and pay more to keep it year after year. I'm not looking to grow deer on a lease. just a spot that has decent deer numbers and a place private I can take my family.

Naw that would get you 40 acres of CRP with no trees on it. LOL
