Davis Garvin is who we always went through. It was not very expensive at all but it has been a bunch of years since I had to mess with it. They are on the link @Fuse Dude posted.
 
I looked into a few years back when I was talking to a dude about leasing 60 acres from him. It was going to be about $350.00 at that time for the policy and I was looking to lease the property for $350, lol. I passed since it doubled the cost of the property for me. I think it was a flat rate up to so many acres.
