Carter Honey. I didn’t use any lanyard or anything, just held it the whole time. I wear a hand muff in the cold weather and just kept it in there once it got cold.

IMO as long as you practice with it and are comfortable, it’s no issue for me.

Gotcha! Yeah that’s what I do too with my thumb button. I feel like I am more accurate with the hinge, and execute the shot better. Did you shoot it with a click, or no click?

My model didn’t have a click, so I shot it without!

Full disclosure, I sold it to make some quick cash during pandemic, so I’m back to an index release. But, I would absolutely not hesitate to use a hinge while hunting at all. I really enjoyed the thoughtless shot sequence I’d build with mine.

10-4! I understand man. That is what sparked my interest is the fluidness when using one.

I have for 4 years, every time.

I carry 2 releases with me all of the time in case I drop one somehow.

I shoot Stan Blackjack, which is their 3 finger medium.
Nice! Yeah I’ve always carried a spare too! I have a Ultraview Hinge on the way!
