I head east in 2022. Kansas tag drawn.

I was one of the unlucky last year and didn’t draw. I’ll be headed to Kansas for a whitetail hunt this year. I’ll probably get a weekend in October then a week at the beginning of November. Super pumped!

I had a point. I have been drawing every other year so not a huge wait. There does seem to be more people putting in but the non resident tag numbers haven’t gone up that much. It’s the only whitetail hunt I have planned so pretty excited.

Have you ever been to Kansas before? Your in for a treat if you haven’t been yet, I went once and it was unreal, I came home empty but what an experience.

I hunt Kansas quite a bit. I probably spend about 30 days a year there hunting deer, turkey and pheasant. It is a treat and I’m lucky to have a buddy that lives near the area I hunt. I love whitetail hunting but don’t get to do it very often.
