I need a welder buddy

I have a little project I would like to see if someone who has a welder and is proficient with one could help me with, it called the bow grip they used to make them but went out of business it's super simple just locking c clamp with a 5/8 in round bar an some 1/8 in flat steel for the part that clamps on the bow then you just need the base and it $25 on amazon it's called the "panavise" is their someone that can help me I'll pay for materials and your time and shipping thanks in advance

Well I'm no longer looking for help my niece is going to do it as a project in her welding class at school
