The 2020 regs say this on page 100:
"it is unlawful to pursue or kill big game animals: ...With any electronic or tritium-powered device attached to an arrow, bolt or bow."
I would interpret "electronic device attached to an arrow" to include lighted nocks, especially since Idaho has never allowed them in the past. Unfortunately, I don't think this has changed for 2020. Idaho might still be the only state that doesn't allow them...
