Ideas for wild edge steps platform.

Need some platform ideas for wild edges steps. Post pics I’ve seen the plywood cutout just don’t think it will be sturdy enough.
 
I am still at work and was daydreaming. I came up with this design. 12”x12” board up top made with 1/2” hardwood plywood and same wood placed underneath with 3 bolts with fender washers and wing nuts. What are your thoughts??

Anyone know where this thread is located, I need to try this one? Honestly, I keep trying other things and end up back w/ my hand climber, oh that's right I need to make a video, crap, lol
