Room for cold weather gear or exterior straps for it? Have looked at this online only, was interested but unsure.

I carry bibs and a coat in, dressing at my location during the majority of my hunting.

I read the 2020 version did away with the padded "pack frame" style belt as well which I think I'd like.

Appreciate any feedback on these details.
