It's been a while since I've posted on here, and now I can't reply to classified posts. Guy on there said he's got an ooal solo scout I'd like to reply, and buy.

Read the rules on the classified section, pretty sure you have to be a member to reply but you could PM the guy direct
 
A while ago a paid membership was introduced to help defray the cost of the forum. I think it's $15 or so.

Some sections, such as the Classifieds require it.
