Interests or hobbies you couldn't care less about.

I have some friends In Wisconsin that invite me
up there all the time but that cold weather has thus far scared me off :eek:
You ought to take them up! It's not bad. 30s are pretty easy. 20s doable. You start getting down towards 15 it's getting pretty cold. It's ok though. Your beard will ice right up and you'll be fine! Use toe warmers.

Ask about ice fishing! ;)

For me:
Sports with the exception of football
Hunting with firearms(I run a deer cull where I work and it’s ruined firearms hunting for me)
Fishing
Turkey hunting- I do it but I’m starting to hate sitting in a blind
Organized religion
People that identify themselves by what political party they belong to.

I work as a director for an alternative program and am currently sitting with a 15 year old girl in my office that I'm having my staff hotline her parents.
Things I hate: Parents who beat their children,
Parents who cuss and degrade their children
Parents who shame and tell their children that they don't want them...but then won't let someone who will love them unconditionally take them.
Drugs...marijuana...parents who smoke weed with their 12-17 year old children and wonder why they aren't doing well in school or their environment.
Parents who refuse to raise or discipline their children because they want to be their friends.
Parents who come to the school drunk and try and threaten my teachers without the whole story or a half truth story. (I escorted him off my property)
Parents and students who believe that they are entitled to anything...this is alternative education...you're entitled to an education...nothing more.

Any professional sports that take a knee for my flag.
Politics...
gun control...
Interests or hobbies you couldn't care less about.

I did not realize these are all considered "hobbies" - - - "parents that beat their children, cuss and degrade their children, shame and tell their children they don't want them" - - - ?????

If so, I'm not interested in those hobbies!

I would say bicycling. Those guys with their dumb ass pointy helmets, and spandex pants taking up the whole road…. For what?? I don’t understand the point nor will I ever.
I commend people for exercising. But playing in traffic 8ft away from a ton of metal moving 60mph with nothing but a helmet on always strikes me as a weird way to improve health and prolong your life.

Sports of any kind but especially professional sports and the celebritization of them. Another unpopular opinion is trophy hunters, when I hear the words “mature buck” it drives me up a wall. I guess another would be fishing, I say it all the time I’d rather sit in a stand all day in the freezing rain and not even hear a bird than go on a garunteed world record fish trip can never wrap my head around the thrill of it.

Unlike hunting, you can let them go. Once you've killed enough, it feels good to "win" and yet be able to watch it go free.

I've worked with people from lots of walks of life, with interests and backgrounds far from my own. I always enjoyed how folks at work rallied around the passions of others. It's cool when you see someone raised in a gang culture hyping up a coworker who is top 100 US chess talent before a tournament. Plenty could care less to ever go hunting, but always pulled for me to get a nice buck and were excited when it happened.

There's an extraordinary energy that strong enthusiasms generate, especially when folks are good at a thing. So for me, even if I don't have a natural inclination towards something, I can have a respect for it and want to understand it better.

In a nutshell, I like a lot of the voiced general-disinterests well enough.

Even cycling. I don't want to do it and am extremely annoyed by cyclists who want cars to play by rules of the road yet ride as if rules don't apply to them. But I'm still fascinated by the intense competition, risk, grit, and strategy I see in a Tour de France.
