Hello everyone. I’m Jason. I live near Charleston WV. I hunt public land in WV and private land in Ohio. Next season will be the first for saddle hunting. I’m going to get a sit drag to start with.
 
Welcome to Saddlehunter, a place of community with like minded folks, with a thousand great ideas.(costly,very costly). lol.... Do a lot of shooting from saddle on the off season.
 
Welcome from Northern VA, some folks on here from WV, start saving some cash, or load up your paypal so the wife doesn't notice, it's gonna hurt, but it's so worth it!
 
Welcome from SC. I guess i am full blooded West Virginian. My mom was born and Raised in St. Albans and my Dad is from elkview. Still have a good bit of family up there in the Pinch/ Elkview area.

Hello Jason I am about 60 miles north of ya in Calhoun Co. I put together a rock climbing harness and a sit drag this past season and like it pretty well I only have 3 hunts in it but I don’t know how you could get more comfortable I have no problem sitting 4/5 hrs with no body parts going to sleep .
