Is Cain a Man of Steel??!!!

I just got my WE steps after getting a demo from @SteppsbyWildEdgeInc

Tried it a few times and found myself playing with Cain’s method. My issue was that the belay attached to the Stepp was pulling it up and uncaming it.

Now I guarantee you that inexperience with both the Stepps and the method played a big part. I need to get better at tying them on and spacing them.

That has been my only issue with it. Space consistency. I'm guilty of spacing mine out various distances at times. Otherwise it works awesome.

Would the belay (sp) loop on a rock harness work in place of the riggers belt?

I can't see why it wouldn't. Other than it might let you set back too far once you put a little weight on it. I like to be as close to the tree as I can be while I set my next step.

I like that the riggers belt can fit over bulky clothes
