Do you want any carabainers to also make it removable?
Where are you located?
 
You could purchase some 8mm oplux from Eastern Woods Outdoors and tie on a bridge the length that you want, and use 6mm trc, or 5.5mm Beal cordage to make your prusik on the other end. It’s pretty cheap and the knots are very simple to tie.
