I’m looking to buy another saddle at or under $150. I’m a 36” waist so I’m in the middle of sizes for most saddles and can typically go either way. I prefer the smaller end of sizes though, if possible. I won’t be picky with my price range though. Had to sell mine a couple weeks ago to pay for some things, and want to get another now to finish out the rut and season. I’ve been making my climber work but my back wants to murder me for it lol. Thanks!

There’s a tactisaddle for $90 on archery talk.

I took Mike up on his Mantis. I looked at the recon and tactisaddle, and both have nothing but great reviews. I want to be able to wear it into the tree without making a mod so that’s why I passed on the recon. I passed on the tactisaddle because I don’t like heights so as minimalist as it is, it kinda sketches me out. I have no doubts it would be fine, but it’s just a mental thing I would do to myself in the tree lol.

I will say that saddles in general though make me a lot more comfortable with heights for whatever reason. I’m not sure if it’s the constant tension or what, but I can go 20+ feet in a saddle and feel better than 15 feet in a treestand.
