Issue getting BaseMap PRO on iPhone vs computer

Have any of you had any issues getting BaseMap PRO on your iPhone after buying it on the computer? I haven't found a spot to login with my login information on my app and I emailed the people at Basemap and they haven't gotten back to me in a week. Thanks.
 
If you go under journal, account, and it shows your account status.

Then can hit gear to log out. I’d try logging out and back in to see if your pro status shows up.
