Jeep

A little google time says it was possibly a Leone as the Loyale replaces the Leone in 1990. First time I heard either name. All I ever knew it by was The Screwbaru.

ne of my absolute favorites was a '79 Jeep J-10 pickup

I will own one a J10 one day. I stumbled across a 1980 a few years ago on CL for $3,000 in very good shape, it was still a daily driver. I called immediately, and in my head I had already started selling my Tundra and was using the money to restore the J10 but, unfortunately, the guy had sold it minutes before I called him. For some reason I absolutely love those trucks.

I have had 3 jeeps over the years. First was a 95 yj. Then I picked up a 79 cj 7. It had the 304 in it. 8" of total lift and 35" tires. It had the original golden eagle on the hood. Never did get to finish it before I sold it. Now I have 89 yj with the old 4 banger. It doesn't have enough power to get out of its way, really needs a engine swap. I think I'm going to hold on to this one. Same as you I may start building it in a few years once my girls get a little older.

Swingin I'm going to pass on the frame. Thank you for taking the time to get some pictures.

Not sure which habit is a bigger cash drain, saddle hunting or Jeep?
