K.I.S.S.

I've had problems with prusics not grabbing, or coming loose when unweighted. I trust my ability to tie Michoacan and JRB hitches, and trust those hitches to do what I expect them to.

Whats stands out about the Knut from the Michoacan other than the way they are tied? Might give it a try since it’s so similar to the mich.
The Knutes truly do breaks loose easyer. Like it tends itself when you pull up on it.Practicaly dont need a tender.other than that they are so close to the same.....oh and im lovin it right now.makes me glad i switched from straps to ropes.i Was wrong about ropes.

As of now, I’m running a swabisch with a tender on my lineman’s. I’m undecided if I’m going to hunt off of rappel rope or a separate tether. But if I do use both. I’ll hunt off a tether with a ropeman I just find it convenient for that. And I’ll rappel with a figure 8 backed up with a swabisch. I’ve rappelled without it but the hitch allows me to stop without have to wrap and unwrap the soft locks.
