Order # 457 on 8/28/17 full camo kit with mole accessory kit. Still no shipping notice. Last email I was informed of the buckle delay (expected they would receive the buckles from outside vendor on Oct 4) pushing my expected shipping date to October 12-20th. I was hoping they would do better than that. I’m being patient but getting frustrated the longer it goes as deer season is under way and they have a lot of my money tied up. I won’t be a happy camper if it goes much longer. Trying hard to be understanding but if most of the season goes by I’ll wish I’d done something different for this year. I know they are good people and working hard. Most of you probably are feeling my pain as well. But really, what the heck is with the order numbers and some who ordered later already enjoying their saddles? Sorry for the venting...just hard watching the season go by without it.

I'm very anxious as well, but I view this circumstance as an anomaly. Where else could you compare shipping status /order numbers for a custom piece of equipment. I just take comfort in the fact that this company's release is more successful than they anticipated and yet they are still responsive. I'm sure they'll tighten up their game with suppliers, and future orders will benefit. Hang in there everyone!!!

Size, color and accessories date, numbers all play a part on shipping. Not to mention supplier for parts

I feel your pain 100%, I ordered mine on 9/12 to take on a trip 11/4. I called and got a ship date of Oct 1, 10 minutes before I pulled the trigger but now the delays are making me wonder if I will see it before November rolls around. Its dissapointing because this is the second time for this trip we are going on and the first time we went We all swore we would have a better hunting method than those heavy climbers due to the long hikes. My buddies all got super light weight hang ons and stick ladders but I chose to invest in a saddle.

I spent a lot of time researching them and decided it wasnt going to be cheap but neither is much of anything when it comes to archery hunting! Anyway, the point is ive got all my $$$$ tied up in this and cant afford to buy another setup to take......im really hoping I dont have to lug around that heavy climber again. Plus Im going to be the first saddle hunter of our group and they are looking forward to playing with this thing at camp and maybe getting one for themselves at some point.

If they are like my buddies, they will be busting my chops the whole hunt I lug around that climber! Lol
Order a sitdrag. It's cheap and you can have it as a back up once your kestrel comes in. Plus your buddies will probably buy it from you to test out to see if they want to invest in a kestrel.

You should definitely contact new tribe and tell them when you need it by - they'll do their best to help!

Lol.....I can already hear them, no slack is given when it comes to hunting buddies.

I did talk to debbie about it and she said they would do what they could to get it out by the end of the month, however Im just another customer like all of you. I would love for them to rush it out to me asap but that wouldnt be fair to the rest of you who have been waiting just as long or longer. First come first serve is there for a reason so I will wait my turn. Im not gonna blame new tribe for their outstanding success, I should have ordered sooner instead of debating it for the better part of a week!

There has to be some comparable buckles they can substitute to get the hardware supply up. Then hire some temps to fill the current backlog. After that they can streamline things.

I am so glad they didn't hire temps to sew mine together. Have you ever tried to work anyone from a temp agency. We have good luck with temp services and office staff but that's about it.
