This is a KME self-aligning broadhead and replacement blade deluxe sharpening kit. Bought this a few years back off another site. It was like new then. I have tried my hand with it a few times. Just don’t have the patience or the touch. It has two stones. A Dans hard Arkansas stone and a combination Norton India stone.
