Latitude Carbon SS Stealth Strips

I've been very happy so far. Probably a couple dozen sits with them this season right now. Stealth strips have held up really well and I'm happy with them, my first time using their product & Lou replied to me immediately when I had a question on them. I also got the Amsteel aiders through Latitude & they are very good. The only issue with the sticks I have is that there can be a little bit of a "pop" when they are being set with your full weight on them, but it's not anything like a metal on metal sound, kind of a muffled-hollow popping sound. I added some hockey tape to the stand-offs to help muffle this and any contact.
I plan on continuing to use them the rest of the season & going forward right now. My first time using Latitude products (Method 2 & sticks) and I'm very satisfied with my purchases, especially with the veteran discount they offer. I will be upgrading my ropes through them now as they will need to be replaced after this season. Hope this helps!

I sold my Tethrd Skeletor sticks a few weeks ago and purchased a set of 3 Latitude SS carbon sticks soon after. Since I had worked with Stealth Strips previously, I bought their "original" kit direct, which is 3 3/4"x24" at $5.each. (purchased three). The main upright of the stick only requires about 16", so I cut off the extra 8" to use for future projects. Then I addressed the notches for the Amsteel tie-off pegs on the first, using that as a template for the other two. Finally, I wiped each stick down with a rag and isopropyl alcohol to removie any hand oils or whatever before applying the Stealth strips. From one section of leftover, I cut 3/4" strips x 7" and applied those to the bottom step of each stick as Latitude suggested. The measuring and cutting took far longer than the actual application....and I was done in about 40 minutes. Excellent sticks thus far....

Thank yall I have the hawk heliums right now and I wanna cut down on my pack in weight I seen the carbons and thought they would cut some weight down as long as they were safe and strong
I was in the same boat. I originally planned one getting Tetherd 1 sticks, but opted to try the Latitude carbons…they were hard to pass up with the Black Friday/cyber Monday deal. Hawks served me well getting into saddle hunting on a budget, but they are my first upgrade

I'm also thinking of going with the xwing speed series platform any of yall have one or know anyone that's has one just wondering whats everyone's thoughts on it

@Alaska at Heart did the 3 3/4” wide stealth strip give you a complete wrap around the stick? I have a set of 3 on the way and was going to order rolls of stealth strip like I typically do for seasonal modifications and touch ups, rather than buying the kit.

I should have mentioned I was waiting to measure the sticks upright to verify if the 4”wide roll was going to completely wrap around or if I was going to need two 2.5” rolls.

The 3 3/4" x 24 left a small gap on the rear side where no one will ever see it. It is contacting the other sticks on the surface of the Stealh Strips and that little gap doesn't even come into play. If you tend to be OCD.....order the 4". When Latitude had their BF sale, I ordered a 4th SS carbon stick and used two of the 8" lefover pieces to do that one up. It would take a pretty sharp eye looking for such things to notice that it wasn't one piece like the other 3. That way I covered 4 for the price of 3. Works for me.
