I removed the buckle and belt( sewed that into the Sit-Drag). Used black webbing strap and fed it thru the slot in the back. I use Nite Ize slidelocks with 550 cord Prusik knots on the bridge
How do you like this? Are you still using the same set up or have you found a better back support

Linemans belt from a free with stand harness. Just cut the sewing apart on harness. Then paracord with prussic knot. Added an extra loop to prussic to get it to hold good

I made up a carry strap for my sticks that doubles as my back band. Made from a spare tree stand shoulder strap and a piece of ratchet strap. Strap goes through the Caribeaner ala Tethrd back band style.

I use 2 duffle bag straps with 2 small biners and paracord prusik off the bridge.... not worth a picture. The straps both adjust independent with the factory hardware so I can have 1 on the upper back and the second adjusts for lumbar support. I just recently found and repurposed a strap on trees stand backrest im going to take with me when I know I'll be in the tree for a while

Any way you could give me a close up pic of how you did the prusik end?

I'm a newbie. Here is the beginning. I was planning a basic loop on one end between the two grommets to girth hitch to.

Then the other side another another loop but somehow be able to adjust length. Just not certain of what I am doing.

Anybody using a second backhand around the knees to keep knees to either side of smaller trees when sitting? I find that pretty comfy. I just use an old rifle sling around the knee pads but been looking for a better option. Was thinking a strap that is part of knee pads that could just be attached when you want. Have to be adjustable with a quick release in case you want to move around tree?

I run this sometimes but its dangerously comfy, and I worry ill be too restricted to pivot if one sneaks up on me. I hadn't though of a quick release but I be afraid of the movement of it falling

That's why I figured if it was an extra strap attached to knee pads it would work better.
