Not really a product review, cause I’m still trying to figure this kayaking thing out. I bought a used Lifetime Tamarack Angler from a local guy. It was cheap and I’m wanting to make sure I can handle this fishing/scouting/hunting thing out using it. When I got it, the two hatch lids were missing. I sent Lifetime an email inquiring a price and process to get replacement lids. Within 24 hours I received an email back stating they would be sending me 2 new lids free of charge. They shipped them out to me the very same day. Yes Sir.... I’m impressed. They didn’t ask if I was the original owner, how old it was or for a receipt. They simply asked for my address. To me that’s Old World service, and they have earned a lifetime customer in me! Just wanted y’all to know. Now to learn how to use this dang thing and stay dry!!!!!!!
