Lightest SRT or Rappel

"weekender21" - that short bridge (below) you use only to rappel down correct? What length is it and did you make it or buy it?

Sterling 11/16" 17mm climbing sling 12". I also purchased a 24" sling but now only use the 12". It works well as a short bridge with my Tethrd Mantis. I use it for the ascent with Madrock Safeguard and on rappel with an ATC and autoblock. Your specific setup, build and climbing experience will determine what you need.

30' Teufelberger KM max 7/16" , Rope Runner, foot ascender. Light and so smooth and R.R. acts as my tether adjustment. Not inexpensive but super light although it requires a thorough knowledge of srt climbing.

Of course if using presets I will have to double length of rope . The 30' is for my "Slack out system".

How quiet /loud is your system with all that metal? I've been considering a setup like that.

If you are methodical and move slowly you can be pretty quiet after all we are mere humans and not squirrels LOL !
