Linemans belt and Tether DIY

Who here makes there own linemans belts and tethers with lite weight rope and prussiks? I may be looking to purchase a new lighter rope tether and/or linemans belt. I understand many of you buy bulk rope and make these items very well.

You could buy a lone wolf strap for climbing sticks for $10 + a carabiner.

I make my own. I use either Bluewater Assault 11mm, or Samson Ultratech in 9mm.

Yea, most guys on here are just making their own. It is very easy once you know what you're doing and there are a bunch of threads discussing it.

Even better, add a ropeman1. I thought I would do without a ropeman1 but ended up with no prussic knots and a ropeman1 on the lineman belt and tether...
