Lone Wolf Custom Gear

Saw this over on AT I think it’s some type of composite material doesn’t look cast aluminum to me. I’m interested for sure.

Step one: replace single step with double step. Step two: throw away the cam buckle.
Looks like foam in the holes? Wonder what that round rubber grommet in the stick is?

To me looks like it’s cut outs on CBC and just the shadows in the stick not foam. Agree double step would be nice I’m thinking the grommet might be for stacking maybe. Dunno just brainstorming guess we will find out soon.

I thought that was some kind of sound deadening foam too when I first saw it. I can see now it’s just shadowing from the light coming from the 7-8 o’clock position.

Also it looks like this is a straight stacking stick based on there being no exposed bolt for the standoff and the raised area. My guess is the standoff is attached with one bolt and a helicoil. Although that black piece might have something to do with the standoff attachment too.

I’m also guessing there’s a slot/hole on the back side of each stick for the buttons to nest while stacking. I think the strap is hiding it in this picture. I’ll see how close my predictions are tomorrow.

I don't care what anyone says - Andre is the man when it comes to revolutionizing mobile hunting as we know it today. That and Saddle pioneers. And if he comes out with a saddle platform I am sure it will be well thought out just as Lonewolf stands are and the sticks. Having said that- Tether'd will more than likely remain my go to for platform and saddle as they were engaged during the "dark days" of saddle hunting where all we really had was DIY.
