Not under standing. Just a LW platform? $56?
There is another thread on the platform your thinking about doing in the DIY section. Nice looking platform. The maker said he liked the way it worked but didn't like the way it packed. Looks like he used stand offs on the top and the bottom of the tube because the seat doesn't have teeth on the back. Looks like a good price on the seat platform.

Lone Wolf Seat Platform DIY question
Here’s a old thread I just replied to today. You can see the one I made there. I also got my seat for the $60 range and it’ll prob cost you $110ish to complete a platform. As you see in my last comment I eventually moved to a predator and like it better for packability and I keep a negative angle to it for foot/ankle comfort.

What is the tube size (width) to fit up to a lone wolf seat kit? I want to minimize the amount of spacers to prevent side loading. Thank you!

This is a good way to go, but after buying aluminum post and tree brackets you can have about as much cost into as buying a commercial available platform ie. Predator.
