Loop on distel

Want to try the distel instead of Prusik.
Can someone give me a link to how to tie the loops on the ends where the carabiner connects?

Thanks for the link. So, how long of a piece of rope would I need to use to make a distel on my tether?

eye to eye prusiks start at 28in, but then you'll need two fisherman's which I would guesstimate at least 6in a peice. So 40in, would be my estimate but I would buy 48" and just cut off excess tails.
