Dose anyone get lower back pain in the mantis? I've tried different height hook up didn't seem to help much. Any insight would help.

Ditch the Mantis. I could never get comfortable in mine sold it got a Flex, night and day difference

My back is trashed, thats why I got a saddle I can’t sit for 15 minutes in a tree stand and my lower back is done, I have a cruzr xc and I can just about doze off in that thing, I once traded a brand new truck in after 10 months because I couldn’t ride in it my back is so screwed up, a Tundra fixed that LOL.

I thought I was the only one that bought my trucks for their seats. I went to a Recon and can sit w/no back spasms.

Twice a week to the chiropractor ended when I got my tundra, it’s 9 years old and still the only truck I can ride in, I crawl out of my company truck at night, F350.
