I know I saw a few photos of a LWCG stick that someone put shrink tubing on the bolt. I was wondering what size tubing and if there were any special instructions? Am I over thinking the bolt threads damaging my daisy chains?
thanks in advance.

They didn’t damage my daisy chains but I ended up putting some electrical tape on them and have since upgraded to the new buttons they sell

Cool. How is the install with the new button?Seems like it would be hard to find something to grab that lock nut.

I was also thinking you could put some shrink tubing on the Lonewolf J hooks so they would be silent ...

I ended up putting the shrink tubing on the versa buttons. It was easy. I bought a big enough size to just get over the button and shrink to the bolt threads. I think it would work well on the J hooks
