LWHC Foot straps

I seem to remember someone put another brand stirrup on. Someone else used webbing and metal Sliders to tighten it up.

My setup is basically like this

except the strap no longer has any adjustment. I didn't like stepping on (and possibly breaking) whatever that plastic buckle thing is (can't recall proper name). Now the webbing is secured 100% by waterknots.

I tied a locked Brummell and buried the tag on one end and made a single daisy chain loop in the center of the platform then double wrapped the other end and made a whoopie with a stopper knot for adjustability. So far it’s working great. Did this with 7/64 amsteel. Sorry for the bad quality picture.
