Lots going on behind the scenes. The backorder situation will be a thing of the past soon I believe. Young company, HUGE demand so there will be growing pains. If you need anything reach out to me and I will do my best to help!

Congrats the wait is long and worth it. If you got the platform the learning curve will be pretty short. With a hunter already proficient with his climbing system I believe I could have him setup and ready to hunt in an afternoon. A ring of steps takes longer but it’s what I like better.
 
I received mine day before yesterday I ordered 3/4/19 in side was every thing I ordered a letter saying they was sorry for the delay and it said here is a surprise for you for the inconvenience. It was a sticker.

Explanation of my post:
Honestly, if the lead time was listed as 16 weeks vs 6 weeks as it was at the time, I still would have ordered the saddle.

I totally get issues and growing pains, that is part of business. Shooting an email even if it is a template re-setting expectations would have been a great move.

If you are going to reference a "News" tab, update it with info close to the dates that are listed in the prior update. You are currently 2 weeks out from you last update that references a lot of positive things for the following week (last week or maybe even 2 weeks ago).

In the age of instant feedback and self service, getting information out in a timely fashion is necessary and important for customers and prospective customers.

Just my $.02!
I am patiently waiting and looking forward to receiving a box of fantastic products in the future (saddle, platform both types of sys haulers and whatever else I threw on that order).

I’m giving these guys a break, they are a start up and clearly we’re not anticipating the response they are seeing. Besides it’s the off season, I’m new to it all but I should have plenty of time to get it all sorted out well before the season. Based on my 4/3 order date I’m expecting to see something in the next 3-4 weeks
 
Ugh, I got lazy this spring and figured I'd be fine ordering a Mantis right about now. Seeing the lag times currently, I don't want to risk not having it by September.

So, either I need to trust that I could get a Kestrel or Flex in time, or just use my sitdrag for another season and see what comes out by next spring...

What are people's thoughts on which way I should go?

I could also just spend 24 hours a day refreshing the classifieds to try to be the first to click on a size 1 or M/L if one goes up there.

Worst case scenario, you continue using your sit drag which you listed as an option.
Best case, you get a badass saddle to hunt out of just in time for the season.....

I don't see how you go wrong....
 
Yeah order now. Looks like the r picking up their production and improving delivery times. I think u would get in time
 
Well, looks like shipments are going out currently.....
Just received my shipped notification!

It will be right at 3 months to the day.

I can't wait to get up in a tree and try this thing out.
