I cancelled my order on a recliner and a heater quite some time ago and have yet to receive a refund. I get no response from either Ernie or Greg. Next step will be starting a dispute with Paypal. Going to run a business you had better respond to customers.

I could have done without the update. I had resigned myself to just waiting until my platform just showed up. Getting this update was kind of like your girlfriend taking you out for ice cream only to tell you, “we need to talk...”

Ain't that the truth. The last 3 or 4 updates have just been nothing but "in 2 more weeks"

Well apparently I’m getting a package from Jordan MN tomorrow according to my wife’s informed delivery app on her phone! Ordered Sep 28. I didn’t create account so I’m assuming that’s why I didn’t receive a email on shipping. So hopefully that’s the case for some of you guys who are still waiting.

Can anybody fill me in on the status of their orders around the September time frame? My order (Mantis L - no predator platform) number is 8776 placed on September 18, and it still says the order is processing. I thought in the email update they sent before this last one I received yesterday is that all Large Mantis orders will be caught up through October 29th. Could any of you who ordered just the saddle complete kit advise on the status of your order? I also ordered a sys hauler and recliner all at the same time.

I dont think they got the October shipment. I sent them a message because I ordered at the end of August #699×. They just replied saying they would be back in stock after thanks giving.

yea man! i ordered September 25th and still nothing. It definitely sounded like we should have gotten ours last week. Im really glad I ordered a Aerohunter Kite Saddle at the same time, the kite came in 3 weeks ago. I love it, but i want to compare the 2 together. I was cool waiting till the updates started feeling like they are just stringing us along.

In the same boat here, only ordered a medium Mantis on 9/26 with a stated 3-5 week wait time. 7 weeks later and update has it coming after Thanksgiving . Ordering a Kestrel today with a 4 - 6 week wait time. Taking bets on which shows up first, anyone want in on the action?

Ordered 8/29 and still hunting hunting from my climber. This may turn out to be the best saddle ever made but this is making it awfully tough to want to ever use this company once I finally get my mantis. I’ve been patient but knowing that it will be at least 2 more weeks is getting more than aggravating.

I cant compare the Mantis to other saddles since its the only one I've ever used. The platform is what really made things 100% better for me to saddle hunt. I know its frustrating because I was waiting for a while like you. Sometimes their customers service is unbeatable and other times I just scratch my head and wonder whats going on. I think they mean well. My personal feeling is that they bit off more than they could chew due to working other jobs. I also think they got more orders than they thought they would and some manufacturing issues have not helped. You've waited this long whats another couple weeks? In the end it will be worth it.

Was already setup in the woods saw USPS driving back and had to ask the wife to send me pic so I knew what it was. Looking forward to trying it this weekend... opening weekend of MI gun season.

I think you’re right, I have no heartache against them personally. I think I’ll just have to let them get a little more experience under their belts before I try anything else from them. I’ve been excited about this since the day I ordered so there’s no way I was canceling after waiting this long. I do realize it’s got to be hard for them to juggle all of this, I hope they get the kinks worked out so things run smoother for both the company and the customers.

At this point I’d have to bet on the Kestrel.

So you know, ordered 10/17 #12,800.

Aero update yesterday said they current on Kites and not far behind on Kestrel. I've been running sitdrag for a while. Finally rounded up someone spare change in Sept to order a "real" saddle. Went with the shortest lead time, with the intent to hunt it then order the other after season. 3-5 weeks is long gone now. It would have been nice to of had one or the other, but in the end i'll eventually try them all. I've got word that Aero is testing new prototypes and have new colors coming. More importantly, i've gotten word of a light NE wind tomorrow and i've got a fat doe I need to settle a score with.....
