MANTIS...... WHATS UP TETHRDNATION

I was told 2 weeks ago that my predator would be shipped last week yet nothing. I have a couple saddles but would still like the mantis,start vac. In 2 weeks. Hate to pull the plug this late in the game but patience is growing real thin
 
So - no update this week, even though they had said they would do weekly updates - saddles supposedly caught up through June 20, and I think that is right because my buddy who ordered June 20 got his large last weekend

I ordered my Large June 24 and still don't have it. I guess that means in one weeks time they can't get caught up on 4 days worth of orders...

This is getting even more ridiculous.....I've been patient but now that we are deep within my deer season I'm extremely frustrated....

My opinion of the tethrd company is rapidly sinking even more.....
I ordered the 25th day after you, i tried to reach out by email and received an auto reply stating all preorders should be shipped and caught up by early October, they should at least update the auto reply because it is now mid October.
 
Who even knows anymore. Its a shame they couldn't fulfill their promises. Now 2 weeks before things start to really heat up and nothing to show from Tethrd. another week and I'm just gonna cancel the order and buy a new lone wolf.
 
Ordered the whole kit in July. Led on time and time and again. Was told it would be there before Oct 1. Then it would be just two more weeks. Then no updates. Regretting selling all of those treestands. Doesn't look I can bank on it for the 2018 season anymore.

Ordered mine in July was hoping to get it for bow season didn’t happen. Our bow season ends today! Black powder starts next weekend would hope to have by then but doubt that’s going to happen. If I don’t get it soon may have to consider canceling order no need to have it sitting around waiting for next season! Pretty disappointed!! They look and sound pretty awesome but aren’t worth a darn if you don’t have it!!

It says my order is complete. But it’s the old shipping number. I’m expecting gear to complete my order but when I use this tracking number it shows delivery to my door on Sept 14.

Correction, there is another shipping number. It just not the one highlighted that says “click here to check status” so I put in the new number and it says that a shipping label was created yesterday. Waiting for UPS to pick it up. Ugh!

Hey Tethrd any updates?

I would like to believe that they are spending all of their available time catching up on orders and keeping their customers informed. However, that doesn't seem to be the case. They seem to have plenty of time to continue marketing though as they have put up several success stories and "promotional" Facebook posts in the last few days. It looks real bad and their waiting customers are getting more pissed each day.

Current customers should come before anything else at this point in the game....period. All available time and resources should be spent on customer satisfaction. They have a long way to go in making it right in the minds of many customers. Unfortunately, a lot of damage has been done that will hurt them in the long run. I just hope they can weather the storm because they have some nice products.

And for what it's worth, I don't have a dog in the fight. I haven't ordered anything from Tethrd directly so I'm not an irate customer who's waiting. Basically, just an outsider's observations.
 
Hey guys, for all of you wanting to have a saddle soon or considering buying new stands, give a fleece saddle a try first. I did last week and I’m sooooo happy with it. Cost about $10 total and super comfortable. Sat 4 hours the other day and never once missed my treestand. At this point, my Mantis has some big shoes to fill once it gets here bc my fleece saddle is a beast. If you need help making it, pm me and I’ll get you my step by step directions.

I'm in the same vote as many of you guys. I ordered my Mantis first of Aug and was told I would have it by first of Oct. Communication has been super poor. I am also considering canceling my order. Has anyone canceled? If so, did you have any issues getting your money back?

Also, does anyone know if Kestrel is still having shipping issues?

Keep in mind, they can only ship out what their supplier sends them.
That’s what happens when you take more orders that production is capable of filling! They should be telling everyone what production capabilities are and giving better delivery schedules not telling me how awesome my saddle will be when I get it. Put pressure on your supplier, I feel for them but I feel more for me. I ordered a custom flats boat last year took 6 weeks to get it fully rigged and the factory was upset because they got behind due to the 4th of July holiday and I was promised a 4-5 week delivery. Come on guys a custom flats boat in 6 weeks been waiting 10 for a saddle!!

Where do I find the tracking number? Have looked everywhere I can look but see nothing listed.......aaagggghhhh

I ordered early June. Waiting has been tough. I have the platform and just received my saddle 2 days ago.
For what its worth I was critical early on, nothing wrong with that. I get the frustration. Trust me when I say this, as a community, we want tethrd to be successful. Hang in there folks.

I put 18 hours in the mantis in 2 days. I will post a review at another time. What I can say is that this thing is awesome and will be worth the wait. I am ordering 2 more very soon. A back up for myself and a size small for my wife.

Hunted out of an evo for 4 seasons. No comparison. Not even on the same planet.

I feel the same way. If they would just keep us updated, I probably wouldn't feel as negative. Honestly with my work schedule, it will be Nov before I can really use it much but the lack of communication drives me nuts. I'm afraid Nov will be here and the situation will not have changed.
